Toe on heel strike following trauma to knee and ankle!

This patients toe on heel strike following trauma to knee and ankle! I’ve just started using the Stimpod on the common peroneal, post tibial at the medial malleolus and post knee.

Distal phalange of hallux can’t extend, pulls into flexion…

Any other advice?🙏🏼

You can stimulate on the top of the foot too.

Here is an update. A new ultrasound examination revealed an impingement of the flexor hallucis longis. So the patient needs surgical release.
