Fill out and submit a Service Exchange Form. This form helps us assess your device, determine eligibility, and track your request.

Return your non working unit
The process is easy!

Return Label
A prepaid return label will be included in your replacement package as well as emailed to you.

Pack your old unit.
Package your original Stimpod securely to prevent damage during transit. Include a note with your name

Drop Off at Fedex
Use the attached prepaid return label and drop off the package at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup.
**IMPORTANT**
Your replacement Stimpod will arrive with a prepaid return label. Please package your original unit securely and return it within 7 business days.
If the device is not received within 14 business days, the full retail price of the replacement unit will be charged.

Start by watching our troubleshooting videos to see if the issue can be resolved. If not, complete the Service Exchange Form and submit a purchase order to begin the exchange process.
If your Stimpod begins working again after you’ve submitted the form but before your replacement ships, please email us at info@algiamed.com immediately so we can pause the exchange process.
The purchase order allows us to ship your replacement unit before receiving the original, minimizing downtime in your practice.
Once both the form and purchase order are submitted and approved, your replacement unit will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
A prepaid return label will be included in your replacement package. Please send the original unit back within 7 business days.
If the original device is not returned within 14 business days, the full retail cost of the replacement will be charged.
