I have had good experience treating pot-herpetic neuralgia with one of the modalities uses being the Stimpod. I would wait for the lesions to dry first.

Hi. I would sterilise the treatment probe and work on the spinal supply to the area involved and avoid the lesions. You can work inferiorly or superiorly.
