Does the stimpod affect differently hyper or hypotonic muscles?

In cerebral palsy, each type (hypertonic and hypotonic) stem from different parts of the brain. When you treat the peripheral nervous system, both types may see improvement. It is surmised that induced changes in the peripheral nervous system (like changes resulting from TPRF stimulation from the Stimpod) will have a positive effect on the central nervous system.
