I would like some help, please.

I have a patient with knee pain when running. I have treated him 3 times, the pain is better but at times, sporadically, it’s so bad he can’t even drive. The orthopod said it’s a nerve being pinched.

I used the Stimpod on the lateral side of the knee and also behind the knee, but his pain got worse….

Where is the pain? If it’s anterior knee pain, use the infrapatellar branch of the saphenous nerve in the lower aspect of the VMO, even if the pain is in the lateral aspect of patellar.

If the pain is posterior then use the sciatic nerve just after it’s bifurcation in the hamstring superior to posterior knee crease.

If none of these are correct then let’s talk about his history.
